Legal assistance, depending on the Client’s needs, may be rendered in the form of ongoing complex legal advice, as well as in the form of ad hoc assistance whenever necessary.

Ongoing legal assistance

This form of cooperation is most preferred by Clients pursuing business activity. Choosing this form, Client may rely on our immediate legal service at any time.

In the case of ongoing legal advice, the following remuneration calculation methods may apply:

– lump sum remuneration – guarantees stable costs of legal assistance within an accepted settlement period irrespective of workload,
– hourly rate remuneration – corresponds to real time consumed and is based upon a fixed rate,
– mixed remuneration – comprises lump sum for established number of working hours within a settlement period. Should the actual workload exceed the said number – a fixed hourly rate is applied to the excess.

Ad hoc assistance

This service concerns each necessity of seeking legal advice or assistance during negotiations or proceedings before administrative and judicial authorities. In such cases the remuneration is settled with the Client on an individual basis.
